Growing up, this was the most cooked dinner meal in our home. Ammi would cook this for her picky eaters.
There are two different ways aaloo gosht is cooked in our family. This recipe is the less spicy, everyday kind called hara dhaniya wala aaloo gosht.
The same method is also used for cooking gobi (cauliflower) gosht. The only difference in the two recipes is to add ginger julienne as garnishing in gobi gosht.
