This recipe is a simple, everyday kind of mutton curry that was a regular item on our dinner menu. It is delicious whether eaten with chapati or with plain boiled rice.
The same recipe for mutton curry is also used to make bhindi (okra) gosht as well. The okra is trimmed from both ends and shallow-fried before it is added to the mutton curry.
