This mutton dish with spinach is the perfect comfort food. It tastes best served with chapati and a simple masoor daal.

Ingredients

Method

Fry onions until they become pink.

Add meat, ginger paste and garlic paste, and fry for a few minutes.

Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and fry for a few minutes.
