This mutton recipe is a unique and delicious recipe that Ammi used to cook quite often because our family loved it! The mutton gravy, topped with yoghurt and infused with the aroma of charred coal is simply delicious!

Ingredients

Set 1: For Mutton Curry

  • 500 g Mutton
  • 150 g Onions (finely sliced)

Method

Fry onions until they become light brown.

Add meat and all the spices (except yoghurt) and fry for a few minutes.

Add a cup of water and cook on low-medium flame (covered) until the meat becomes tender.
