This recipe is a very simple mutton curry that is cooked with lots and lots of tomatoes. It’s simple to prepare and always turns out to be delicious!
Fry onions until they turn light brown.
Add the meat and all the spices (except tomatoes) and fry for a few minutes.
Add a cup of water and cook on a low-medium flame (covered) until the meat becomes tender.
Add tomatoes and fry until the oil separates from the gravy (bhunai).
Add curry leaves, green chillies, and chopped coriander leaves.
