Among all of the recipes that I learned from Ammi, this is an exceptional one. She learned it from her aunt, Dulhan Chachi. Growing up, this was one of my favourite meals, and now my kids love it too.

Ingredients

Set 1: For Gravy

  • 2 Potatoes (cut into 1 inch cubes)
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp

Method

Put all the ingredients for the meatballs (set 2) in a chopper, and finely chop all.

Make small meatballs out of the mixture (about an inch in size).

Fry the meatballs on low heat in a frying pan in about 1 tbsp of oil, until they turn golden-brown.
