  • About

Paratha is a deliciously soft and yet a little crispy layered flatbread that can be prepared with either whole-wheat flour or all-purpose flour, or a mix of both. It is made with whole-wheat flour in our family, whereas the ones you get in most restaurants are made of all-purpose flour. No desi (local) breakfast/brunch can be complete without paratha on the menu.
