Set 1: For Potato Filling

  • 3-4 medium Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes

Method

Prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients for the potato filling (set 1).

Prepare the dough by mixing and kneading together the ingredients (set 2). Let it rest for half an hour.

To make one aaloo paratha, take two dough balls and flatten them slightly.

Place the potato stuffing in between the two and then roll them together with a flour-dusted r
