  • About

A Lebanese Seven-Spice Blend is as common in Lebanese kitchens as salt, and every cook makes her own blend, changing the proportions according to her whims. Recipes are passed down through families and also vary region to region. What’s constant is the subtle interplay of flavors and aromatic spices that whisper of Arabian delights.
