On the Golbourne Road in West London is a little stall outside the Oporto coffee shop. It’s on wheels, but it hasn’t really gone anywhere for years. Ibrahim, the owner, continues to serve great Moroccan food from this tiny space. What’s more, it is one of the last great bargains to be found, as his prices seem not only to be cheap but have hardly risen in 11 years. Try the lentils, and the baisara... in fact, try everything.
