Originally I developed this recipe as a pizza for Pizza Express, but it did not make it to the pizzaiolo’s marble slab. It was truly delicious, but decidedly a little too left-field for their market. I moved it on to bread and it has become one of my favourite staples at home. If you are making a pizza dough, please try it like this too.
