I don’t make pies often but I absolutely love them. Rarely does this one make it past one day. After the initial slice I wrap up the rest with rationing in mind, but it’s pointless, really, with trips back to the pie at intervals of every 5 or 10 minutes. This is simple stuff, a good thing, as generally speaking life’s too complicated. More cheese and potato pie, please, and less ballotine of rabbit with crayfish mousseline, cocoa foam gel and pine needle mist.
