Old-school? Too right! I will do my best to keep this pudding from disappearing into obscurity. ‘A bit Abigail’s Party,’ you may sneer. ‘Maybe so,’ I will reply, ‘but delicious none the less,’ Often the biscuits are used as a kind of replacement stone or as a crumble topping for the peaches but I find that, when baked, they go soggy. Therefore I have put them into the cream instead.
