There’s really nothing quite as satisfying as embracing your inner flower child and serving yourself a snowy mountain of yogurt for breakfast. Because I couldn’t just have a recipe for a plain bowl of yogurt, I give you: fruit pesto. While delightful on its own, it does need something creamy as an anchor, which is where that tangy yogurt comes in. For the final flourish, hazelnut oil is used to toast oats, adding another nutty layer to this celebratory bowl of goodies.
