There is something so satisfying about granola, fruit, and yogurt. It’s one of those meals I could (and often do) eat for any meal or snack of the day. After experimenting with several granola-baking techniques, I’ve discovered a low and slow bake results in the crispiest, sweetest (non-burnt) granola. It does spend nearly an hour in the oven, but your patience will be rewarded as it makes a large batch to carry you through a week or so of homemade breakfasts.
