While the pastel green hue of this sauce is hushed, the flavor certainly isn’t. Try it with Mexican flavors, as a salad dressing, drizzled over warm short-grain brown rice (how I love it), splash on roasted sweet potatoes, or as a dip for vegetables.
Add all sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Store in a glass jar or airtight container in refrigerator for up to 4 days; shake or stir before using.
