This is another great meal for people who have busy or stressful mornings and don’t have time to make a wholesome breakfast to start the day off right. You can prepare overnight oats two days in advance. I like to put them in glass jars so they are ready to eat in the morning with no hassles or fuss.

Ingredients

  • cups kefir (or yoghurt substitute of your choice)
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ <

Method

Place the kefir, oats, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla seeds and honey in a medium-sized airtight container and mix well. Cover with a lid and pop it in the fridge overnight.

To serve, add the almonds, coconut flakes, blueberries, mint and chia seeds. Pajama oats are great for when you’re on the move and need to save some time in the morning. It’s a good alternative to a quick breakfast
