Not only can you use this for your breakfast in the morning, but it also serves as a sweet and crunchy snack that can satisfy your hunger and sugar cravings.


  • 300 grams pumpkin, peeled and diced
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup


Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line two 25 cm roasting trays with baking paper.

Steam the pumpkin for 15 minutes or until soft. Blend until smooth and then set aside in a bowl.
