This recipe is simple, quick and healthy. Focus on buying ethically caught tuna, as certain species of tuna are highly endangered and on the red list. Serve on bruschetta with slices of avo and rocket, or mix through some leaves and turn it into a lovely starter. Or try the corn chips option below.


  • 320 grams tuna
  • zest of 1 orange
  • zest and juice of 1


Prepare the tuna by rinsing under cold water. Dice the tuna into 5 mm cubes and add to a medium-sized bowl. Make sure it’s a good cut of fish, with minimal connective tissue so that there is no wastage.
