Beetroot Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 large beetroots
  • 1 quantity traditional (base) hummus
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

Method

Wrap the beetroots in foil and roast at 180 °C for 40 minutes or until soft. Once done, top and tail them and chop roughly, then blend with the base hummus and cumin.
