  • cups almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon

Method

In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, warm the almond milk. Do not let it boil. Add the honey, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and vanilla paste to the milk and let it simmer gently for 5 minutes. Strain the mixture and discard the ginger. Once it is in the serving cup, use a frother to create foam. Serve hot.
