Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder (best quality you can find)
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 10 raw cashew nuts
  • 2 teaspoons agave syrup or honey
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste

Method

Warm the almond milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once hot, add all the remaining ingredients to a blender and blend until light and frothy. Serve hot.
