Peppermint tea has become a staple in my everyday life and is a wonderful drink to have without any added sugar or dairy .I like to have it after dinner to help aid digestion, so give it a try if you’re experiencing discomfort after a big meal. You can buy mint tea at your local health store, but some of these have caffeine in them so if you want the caffeine-free version, fresh and real mint is the way to go.
