A simple, easy way to prepare leeks. They go very well with baked or grilled fish and with sausages.


  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 kg leeks, cleaned and sliced into 1 cm


Heat the butter in a wide pan and stew the leeks slowly, stirring frequently, until they are soft. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the mustard and cream to taste.
