Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes (500–600 g), peeled and quartered
  • 50 g horseradish

Method

Boil the potatoes until tender. While they are cooking, peel and grate the horseradish. Drain the potatoes, mash them together with the horseradish and add the cream. Season and serve with beef, pork or smoked fish.
