The roasted butternut squash on this pizza makes a lovely and unusual topping, and the smoky charred finish it gets in the wood-fired oven suits its earthy texture, especially when complemented by the chilli, red onion and creamy mozzarella.

  • 175 g /6 oz roasted butternut squash (see cook’s tip)
