This great breakfast drink contains all you’ll need to start the day with a zing. Any variety of melon will work, although cantaloupe is my favourite.

Ingredients

  • ½-¾ medium-sized melon, peeled and de-seeded
  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled and halved
  • 180 ml (6 fl oz) plain thick yoghurt, chilled
  • 2-4 tablespoons manuka honey
  • 6 large ice cubes

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and whizz for 20 seconds. Add more honey if desired.
