I’m sure the reason a lot of people steer clear of artichokes is the ‘fHow do I prepare them?’ worry. The truth, though, is that they are relatively easy to prepare with a little practise. The easiest thing to do is boil them whole and pull them apart as you eat them. But, for your guests, the method opposite is a more ‘fuser-friendly’ way.
