This is the first of two versions of how to cook a pork belly. Perhaps not viewed as one of the healthiest of meats as it’s high in fat, but definitely one of the tastiest and great to eat in winter as it’s so rich and comforting. Roast pork belly with mashed swede or sweet potato is just 50 good.
