Ingredients

  • 300 ml (10 fl oz) thick, Greek-style yoghurt
  • ½ cup coriander leaves
  • ¼ cup chopped mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Method

Simply mix all the ingredients together.
