  • About

Ganache is a smooth and velvety mixture of chocolate and cream. Some say it was invented in Paris while others cite Switzerland as its home. Wherever it was created, its basic recipe is easy to follow (and learn), and you can add flavourings easily too. This is a basic recipe useful for fillings, but if you want to have a pourable topping to a cake, for instance Boston Cream Pie, you’ll need to use a Chocolate Glaçage
