I’ve given this delightful variation of a marble cake an extra twist to give a rich and luxurious flavour.

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C/325°F/gas mark 3, and grease and line a 21cm x 12cm x 8cm (8in x 4½in x 3¼in) loaf tin with baking parchment.
  2. Pour the cream, milk and coffee into a bowl.
