  • About

Although they’re called Danish, these pastries originated from traditional Viennese pastries, which use a sweet yeast pastry, as do croissants, and turn out like puff pastry. But the Danish tag stuck as they became so popular in Denmark and now they’re popular worldwide. You can make these pastries in all sorts of shapes and with many different fillings. I like cherry best of all.
