Oliver Peyton is a renowned restaurateur and the founder of Peyton and Byrne bakery outlets throughout London, UK, which, over the years, have been as much applauded for their architectural achievements as their gastronomic standards. I was lucky enough to be invited by Oliver to help start up the Peyton and Byrne bakery and spent a happy two years there indulging my love of baking.
