Turn our stews into a noodle soup with bone broth and some sesame oil for a nutty, sweet fragrance. You could even use hot water, if you’re in a pinch. And, same as before, either Biang-Biang or Longevity Noodles work.
Pull and cook your noodles according to the recipe. Strain into your serving bowl. Cook the cabbage or bok choy in the hot water and strain into your serving bowl.
Add the liquid stew, noodle sauce, and salt to your bowl. Toss in the Chinese chives, green onion, and celery.
Add your broth (beef broth if your main protein is beef; lamb broth if it’s lamb) or the water you cooked
