Every family has a different tactic and aesthetic to folding dumplings, but this is one I’ve found to be the most efficient. Pack your dumplings full, and I promise they’ll keep their shape once cooked, too.

Prep a tray or a plate by sprinkling flour on the bottom to prevent sticking.

Put a dumpling skin on the palm of your hand.
