If you’re in the mood for something homier, you can serve your dumplings in soup, using either the water you cooked the dumplings in or bone broth, if you have it. Eat these up fast, though; if they stand too long, the dumplings could get soggy.
Place the dumplings in your serving bowl and cover with the hot cooking water or broth.
Mix in the dumpling sauce, salt, and white pepper powder.
Drizzle with chili oil and sesame oil to taste. Sprinkle on the roasted sesame seeds, top with the cilantro and garlic puree, and serve.
