I grew up surrounded by green-labeled, rectangular bottles of tea—the standard package for many green teas at Chinese supermarkets. It was a staple at family gatherings, something the adults drank as the kids went for the soda and juice. Once I got older, though, the green tea bottle became a staple at KTV, served alongside cheap Hennessy.
