Another famous delicacy from Punjabi cuisine, soft and succulent pieces of lamb are coated in a mildly spiced spinach gravy. It is such a hearty and comforting dish that North Indians prefer to eat it during winter, usually with makke ki roti (maize-flour flatbreads), but you can serve it with any flatbreads. For an alternative option, you can replace the lamb with chicken and follow the same method.
