This recipe, which come from the royal kitchens of Lucknow (and was named for a former nizam), produces succulent, lightly spiced morsels of chicken coated in an indulgent saffron cream sauce. It takes only 10 minutes to cook, but plan ahead as it takes 2½ hours to marinate. It is well worth the time. Serve with Mint and Coriander Chutney.
