Haleem

This flavourful mutton stew is widely consumed over a large region, stretching from South to Central Asia and encompassing the Middle East. It is served both as a street food and also as a celebration dish during Ramadan. It varies from region to region, but usually includes wheat or barley, meat and lentils. Enjoy with flatbreads or on its own.
