This is a delicious chicken dish from Goa, made with freshly roasted spices. Usually, it is a curry with gravy, but I have tweaked the recipe slightly to turn it into a dry tikka-like preparation, using the same flavours. The locals eat this with pav (fluffy bread rolls), although I like it served with plain rice. Feel free to serve it however you prefer.
