This wholegrain millet bread is naturally gluten-free and vegan. It is soft, fluffy, moist – and so easy to make!.
In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients to make a dough, adding the water slowly and gradually, using only enough to bring the ingredients together into a dough. Knead the dough with your palm slowly for 5–6 minutes until soft and pliable.
Divide the dough into 6 balls of equal size and flatten with your hands, then roll out with a rolling pin to even, thin circles, 10–12cm
