A classic Bengali mix of five whole seed spices. The seeds are never ground in this blend. It’s great for pickling vegetables (see Cauliflower Pickle) or for adding flavour to dals (see Masoor Dal), curries, soups or salads.
Simply mix all the ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
