Those that have some sort of cream filling should be stored in the refrigerator. Otherwise they will spoil. To bring them to room temperature before eating, take them out of the fridge for two to three hours. We suggest handling anything with buttercream the same way. The remaining sweet recipes can be stored, preferably covered in paper or in a plastic container, for three to five days. Hopefully, they’ll be eaten long before that!
All of the sweet items in this book can be frozen. Wrap them well!
