Baking Peel

A peel is a convenient tool that aids in sliding bread and pizza into and out of the oven when using a baking stone. They are readily available in houseware stores and online. If you bake baguettes frequently you’ll also want to purchase a transfer peel, which allows you to retain the precious cell structure that hand making can produce.
