Removing the Bread from the Oven

When the loaves are baked, carefully slide the peel underneath them and remove them from the oven. Place the loaves on a cooling rack. Allow them to cool completely, preferably for several hours.
Nothing smells better than a warm loaf of bread fresh out of the oven. However, the flavors of the bread will take at least a couple of hours to fully compose, so itโ€™s best to allow several hours before eating.
