A square cake can be an edible gift. Wrap the recipient’s favourite cake in sugarpaste. Transform into ‘wrapping paper’ by drawing with edible pens or food colour, or stick on sweets, sugar flowers or dragees. For Christmas, draw on holly and stick on stars. Tie with ribbon and add a hand-written tag.
