  • About

  1. Place a sheet of parchment paper over the dough-lined pan and pour in enough dried beans to come up the sides.

  2. Bake until the edges are golden brown.

  3. Remove the parchment paper and beans. Notice that the tart shell is shiny and gray.

  4. Bake until the inside of the tart shell is golden brown.
