The Electric barbecue

Often small in size, the electric barbecue has a home on accommodating balconies. It is generally not high-powered and doesn’t give a good sear to items like beef rib roasts. On the other hand, it fosters good neighbourly relations in virtue of its being practically smokeless. A water trough under the elements catches grease and prevents it catching alight: the sausages give thanks, the sardines let out a phew of relief! It is perfect for the food-loving couple and is easily transportable.
